As part of our company, your responsibilities will include:
• Management and supervision of commercial properties, primarily the trophy asset KALLE Neukoelln (https://www.kalle-neukoelln.com/)
• Space and event planning in coordination with tenants for shared areas such as the gym, rooftop gardens, lobbies, and the winter garden
• Development and implementation of a building guidance system
• Acting as the interface between the facility management service provider and our tenants
• Preparation of the annual business plan and service charge settlements
• Handling tenant-related matters regarding lease agreements
• Issuing rental invoices, including index adjustments, dunning processes, and late payment interest
• Monitoring warranty obligations and limitation periods, with support from our in-house legal department, including maintenance management
• Overall responsibility for the preparation of financial accounting, including holding, operations, and construction budgets, to support an external specialized tax consulting firm
• Optimization and development of booking processes and internal controls, such as approval workflows, including the selection of the latest software and API integration

 

YOUR IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed vocational training or a degree in real estate management or a related field
• Experience in commercial property management
• Initial experience in property management and basic accounting, ideally in the real estate sector
• Interest in the real estate industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of commitment and proactiveness
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good command of the English language
