Your application data is collected electronically and processed by us for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure. Should your application result in the conclusion of a contract of employment, we may store the transferred data in your personal file for the purposes of standard organisational and administrative processes in compliance with the relevant legal regulations.
If your application is unsuccessful, the data provided by you will automatically be deleted two months after the notification of the rejection. This provision is not valid if, due to statutory requirements (for example the duty to provide evidence in accordance with the General Act on Equal Treatment), it is necessary to store the data for a longer period of time or if you have expressly agreed to have the data stored for a longer period of time in our databank of interested parties.
